We are excited to welcome you online. Here is the key information that you need to know. It’s lengthy but since we won’t see you at the registration desk, it’ll be worth your time to read it.

2. ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO BE LOGGED IN

3. TEST YOUR ACCESS ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 29 FROM 2PM TO 4PM
If you want to go for a “test drive”, you can join us for a Test Zoom Webinar this Sunday, November 29. We’ll be happy to welcome you online any time from 2-4pm. You simply log into the Web App and click on the “LIVE SESSIONS” icon on the dashboard. This will bring you into the webinar. Say hi in the chat and wish the organizing team much success… and a little bit of luck, before leaving the meeting.
4. VERIFY YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS
When we imported your information into the attendee directory of the Web App, we reset it so that your profile is visible and that other participants (attendees and exhibitors) can contact you. If you don’t want to be contacted or be excluded from the directory, please go to My Profile
on your Dashboard. Then go to Privacy to update your settings.
PRECISION ON MESSAGING: Other participants will not see your email address unless you send them a message first or you reply to an email that was sent to you.
5. CATCH UP ON MISSED PRESENTATIONS – RECORDINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR 6 MONTHS
One of the biggest benefits of a virtual event surely is that you can listen to content at your convenience and that you can listen to several parallel workshops (one live and others recorded). Our technical team will do its best to post recordings within a delay of 24 hours. The link to the recordings will be posted under the “View Program” icon on your dashboard. You need to be logged in to view recordings.
You can only claim credits for sessions you watched LIVE as this is the only time that interaction with the presenter is possible. We encourage you to track your time as you will need to report your watch hours on the CME certificate, same as in the past.
6. ACCREDITATION – HIGHLIGHTS
This Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, McGill University for up to 18 Mainpro+ credits/hours.
You can only claim credits for sessions you attended LIVE.
NEW THIS YEAR: You will only receive ONE certificate that can be used for CME as well as RAMQ reimbursement.
Complete information is available under the Accreditation Info
icon in the Web App.
